Free Repair Service
Layzy offers free repair service for the lifetime of the product with valid proof of purchase. This service also applies to purchases made outside the 14 day return policy.
How it works
Please be aware that while we make every effort to return the item to its original condition, there may be differences in color matching, materials and small parts.
The repair is free of charge for you. You would only have to bear the shipping costs yourself. Repairs can take up to 4 weeks from receipt of the returned item.
How it works
1. Please take pictures of the damaged item.
2. Write us an email to hello@layzy.de, together with the pictures, the valid proof of purchase and your information about what exactly needs to be repaired.
3. We will then get back to you with our assessment of whether the damaged item can be repaired and how you can send it back to us.
