The receipt of your payment is decisive for the delivery.
In general, your product should reach you after a maximum of 4-9 working days.

Behind Layzy is handmade individuality. Our products are made exclusively for you on request in our studio in Berlin. That's why we ask for your patience and time so that we can create something unique as you deserve.

You will receive a notification from the system as soon as the order has been shipped. Prerequisite for this is the correct deposit of your e-mail address.

As long as the delivery has not yet been handed over to our shipping partner, you can cancel your order free of charge.

To do this, simply contact our customer service and we will cancel your order and refund you all costs.

Cancellations made after your order has already been dispatched must be made at that time of shipping. You can simply refuse acceptance or contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Once you have informed us, we will let you know how to return the items.

Please note that if your order is already on its way to you at this point, return costs will apply the cancellation.

For us, no order is complete until you are completely satisfied. If you do not like a product, you can notify us of your revocation within 14 days of receipt of the goods. However, make sure that the product is unused. Just send us an email to hello@layzy.de

Register your return via our email hello@layzy.de.

DHL will then send your return label to the email address you provided.
Fill out the returns form and add it to your package. Now all you have to do is bring your package to a DHL acceptance point.

Keep the return slip issued by DHL until we confirm your return. If you have any further questions, you can write to us at hello@layzy.de!

As soon as we have checked the return, you will receive your money back immediately.

You will receive instructions when ordering your picnic blanket. If you need a new instruction, you can just write us a message and you will get a new one.

Of course. You should note the following:
Particularly gentle washing at max. 30°C. Only spin on the wool spin cycle. Do not tumble dry. Please only iron the cotton side at a low temperature.
