Scope

The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively to all sales and other services between the seller Nastassia Hahn and the consumer. Other conditions of the consumer are not recognized unless they are confirmed in writing by the seller. A consumer within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Services

The articles in the online shop are not a legally binding offer on the part of the seller but rather require the customer to submit a binding contract offer. The seller can accept the customer's offer within 5 days. All parts are handmade and therefore unique. Therefore, there may be small deviations from the photo that are not considered a reason for complaint. All offers are valid as long as stocks last. All errors reserved.

Conclusion of contract

By clicking the “Buy” button, the consumer enters into a legally binding contract. Before it comes to this conclusion, the consumer has the opportunity to view and change his entered data at any time. The contract language is German.

Prices

All product prices include the statutory sales tax of 19%. In addition to the product price, the seller also charges shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to the consumer on a separate information page.

Delivery and payment

The customer has the option of paying in advance (bank transfer), PayPal or credit card. When ordering in advance, he has to make the payment immediately after completing the order. If the payment of the order is processed by third-party providers such as PayPal, their general terms and conditions also apply. The order will only be sent or processed after receipt of payment. If the goods are returned to the seller as undeliverable, the consumer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment, provided that the fact “undeliverable” is his fault.

Retention of title

The products remain the property of the seller until they have been paid for in full.

Guarantee

The statutory guarantee applies.

Revocation

A withdrawal period of 14 days applies. However, this does not apply if the product was manufactured specifically to meet the customer's requirements, has special dimensions and / or is individually composed.

Data protection

Personal data of customers are only stored for the internal purpose of fulfilling the contract and are not passed on to third parties (this does not include the shipping service providers commissioned with the delivery).
